Effect Of Group Career Counseling On Career Maturity Of High School Students

October 26,2016,the general office of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region people's government issued a deepening of the reform of the examination and enrollment system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implementation plan."Plan" clearly,from 2018 the first grade senior high school freshmen began full implementation of the evaluation of academic proficiency test and the overall quality of college entrance examination reform in the face of this two based on a reference and the multiple enrollment system,we are aware of career education is the most effective solution package.The purpose of this study is to develop a set of career group counseling program for high school students,and to test the long-term impact of the various dimensions of high school students' career maturity.In this study,the experimental group and the control group before and after the experimental design.The subjects of this study were two students of grade one in a middle school in Baotou.One class was the experimental group,one was the control group,and the other one was 60.The experimental group received 2 times a week,each time for 45 minutes,lasted for 18 times of career group counseling,the control group in the normal.Before and after the intervention,the students' career maturity scale was evaluated.After two months of the experiment,the experimental group was followed up to evaluate the long-term effect of intervention.The results indicated that:(1)The implementation of the career group counseling can significantly improved the high school students' the knowledge of career world,professional self-knowledge,initiative,self-confidence and utility.(2)The implementation of the career group counseling in this studyhas no significant effect on improving the independence and stability of high school students,the program needs further improvement.(3)The study of the implementation of the career group counseling has a long-term effect on improving the maturity of senior high school students.(4)The scheme can be popularized and applied in the high school career guidance after the new college entrance examination reform.
