The level of career maturity reflects the individual’s readiness for future career development,and also the effect of vocational guidance and education work in China.The level of college students’ career maturity is related to their future employment development and whether they can better realize their values and ambitions in society.With the development of the times and the change of industry,the connotation of college students’ career maturity is changing.Understanding the employers’ opinions and requirements has practical significance for college students’ employment guidance.Career maturity of targeted education and training,help them better complement the career choice,career-related knowledge,thus establishing,planning their own career goals,fully prepared for the future realization of self-worth.This study first combed the literature related to career maturity,and then the college students were investigated and intervened.The research methods include interview,questionnaire survey and case intervention.Research one,self-edited "Measure of College Students’ Career Maturity";Research two:The current situation of career maturity of college students in Chongqing,Jiangsu,Qinghai and other regions was investigated,and the characteristics of career maturity of college students in demographic variables were analyzed;Research three:Intervention research was conducted on three subjects through the intervention of individual career psychological counseling to improve their career maturity level,and the intervention plan was revised based on reflection.The specific conclusions are as follows:First,the self-edited "Measure of College Students’ Career Maturity" includes 6dimensions of goal planning,career literacy,career exploration,interpersonal communication,psychological quality,and professional knowledge and skills.Scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used to investigate the college students’ career maturity level.Then,the career maturity of college students is middle level,and the total scores of college students have significant differences in "only child","family residence",and "monthly family income".There are significant marginal differences in "grade","parental education","experience with student union / society cadre",and no significant differences in "discipline","gender","with or without part-time employment".Finally,Individual occupational psychological counseling intervened in the self-cognition,goal setting and planning,learning methods,self-confidence,victory over fear,difficulty in procrastination,and interview skills of the three research subjects.Compared with the pre-test,the three studies The subjects’ scores measured after the college students’ professional maturity scale have been significantly improved,and the intervention effect is good.
