The introduction part states the research background and it's significance Writings in classical Chinese are an important part of Chinese teaching in high school,of which historical and biographical works play a vital role in both cultivating humanistic spirit and inheriting Chinese culture and national spirit for their dual characteristics of literature and history.However,it is a common phenomenon in real teaching practice that much emphasis has been placed on writing with less attention on culture.Thus the cultivation of traditional culture has been ignored.Focused on the historical and biographical works,this paper studies how to transmit traditional cultural spirit to high school student in teaching.This paper consists of six parts.Part 1: In this part,necessity and feasibility of teaching traditional culture are elaborated.The new curriculum standards of Chinese language have attached great importance to the traditional culture,and the direction of traditional cultural spirit education has been pointed out from the concept and the way.The dual characteristics of literature and history in historical and biographical works coupled with the vital role of writing of classical Chinese in senior high Chinese textbooks provides the possibility of teaching traditional Chinese culture in high school teaching.Part 2: Excellent traditional cultural spirit embedded in historical and biographical works of classical Chinese writing in compulsory textbook of PEP edition has been explored and illustrated.Specifically,including the vigorous and vigorous,self-improvement spirit,the pursuit of the value of Zonta righteousness,your monk in the idea,powerful andunyielding,wealth is not obscene,poor and cheap man and so on.Part 3: Questionnaire has been conducted among students and teachers in Hohhot branch school of Beijing No.4 Middle School ?Pointing out its teaching content,teaching methods,teaching ideas and other aspects of the problems,and the existing problems have been pointed out.Part 4: Effective paths of implementation have been explained in inheriting the spirit of traditional culture in teaching historical and biographical works of classical Chinese writing.Specifically,we must clearly establish the goal of inheriting cultural spirit,interpret the text,feel the broad cultural spirit,based on teaching materials,set up a special course of history,combined with writing,inheritance of outstanding traditional culture.Part 5: The text The Adviser Zhu Zhiwu Repels the Army of State Qin was adopted as an example,As far as possible a complete demonstration of the traditional cultural spirit of the classroom implementation of the part,and to illustrate how to cultivate the spirit of traditional Chinese culture in teaching historical and biographical works of classical Chinese writing.
