Since the 21 st century,computer network technology and mobile technology has developed rapidly.A variety of terminal equipment----thin and light notebooks,tablet PC,combo equipment and smart phones has gone into human life gradually.People utilize it to promote the efficiency of work.Certainly,with its powerful ability of transmiting and storaging information,computer network technology and mobile technology gradually applied to the field of education.English course is a compulsory course for junior high school in our country.It is import for people to study English.Authoritative pointed out that the standard of good English ability for Partner Ship for 21 st Century Skills.It includes listening,reading,writing,language sense and so on.It is important for learners to learn English.Computer technology applied to English teaching earlier,because it has powerful capacity for text,images,audio,video and other elements.With the rapid development of Internet technology,many schools and business organizations launched E-Learning(digital learning)System,including English Learning System.such as New Oriental English,intelligent English,English Open Classroom,Loving English,Shanghai English and so on.Although the current learning system is perfect in digital English learning system,there are many defects.It can not adapt to mobile devices and ignores the positioning of learners.Its knowledge structure is not scientific and learning resources is inadequate.teachers or experts can not edit subtitles of video.Based on the theories of second language acquisition,situational learning,constructivism,informal learning and autonomous learning,using the methods of interview,literature research,empirical research,questionnaire survey and so on,through the deeply analysis for junior high school English curriculum,According to user experience and junior high school English curriculum analysis results,the study make use of Bootstrap,PHP,HTML5 and Ajax and so on,Implementing of English Learning System for Junior Middle School,It is adaptive for desktop computers,notebooks,tablet PCs,smart phones and other terminal equipment,and this system provides function for Listening,watching video,and so on.It also provide learners with a more complete knowledge structure,comprehensive content,rich learning resources,adding video subtitles.The purpose of this study is to develop an English learning system for junior high school that runs perfectly on terminal devices,such as desktops,notebooks,tablets,smartphones and so on.It enables us to learn and manage English resource,integrating the functions and resources on digital learning systems and mobile learning system.The author puts the platform into practice.Through data analysis,getting the using situation of the system and whether it is conducive to improving students' interest and English learning proficiency.The author aims to use the relevant technology,achieving a full-featured and well-experienced junior high school English learning system which runs perfectly on kinds of terminal equipment.Through the questionnaire survey and data analysis for the users of the system,it is known that the system is in good condition for students.The system improve students 'interest effectively in learning English.By using the experimental comparison method,it is learned that the system can improve students' English Level.It is this innovation of this research that using Jquery and HTML5 in the web video text track technology for learning video allowing users to add,delete,modify subtitles;application of PHP7.0 in the new features and combined with Ajax technology to optimize the performance of learning systems;combined with today's popular Cross-platform framework Bootstrap,the author builds an English learning system for junior high school,it is equally perfect on desktop and mobile devices.So it may improve the learning interest,efficiency and English proficiency of junior high school English learners.designing and integrating learning systems for digital learning and mobile learning,author want to lead the English learning system to adapt to the trend of the times.
