In recent years,the physical fitness of young students in China is obviously decreased,which is not conducive to China's long-term sustainable development,and to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream caused great obstacles.In October2014,"the State Council on to accelerate the development of the sports industry to promote sports consumption of a number of opinions" will be "fitness" the upper part of the body as a national strategy,national fitness pushed to a climax.At the same time,improve the youth sports health responsibility and obligation of school physical education will be placed in the spotlight.However,the current evaluation model of pathological physical education,give full play to the students' potential and intrinsic vitality,cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness and ideas,and can not achieve the goal of lifelong physical education.This article uses the literature material law,the expert interview law and the logical demonstration method,has carried on the analysis to the physical education teaching evaluation system from the fractal theory correlation theory.It points out the drawbacks and defects of traditional sports teaching evaluation model,and explores the new paradigm of PE teaching evaluation from the aspects of the lifelong physical education thought,the evaluation standard,content and method of physical education teaching.The research shows that different evaluation scale,different evaluation standards,will make progress and development of the students is completely different,we should strive to get rid of "skill" education concept advocated by the linear accumulation theory,establish continuous connection of the part and the whole,in sports skills to create components(rectangular element to develop the students' ability of sports the)do more work,so as to stimulate the internal vitality of teaching,teaching that the uncertainty,to believe that predictive power is limited,and the development of the students is infinite,the students' learning attitude and enthusiasm should attach great importance to the training and development of students,,so as to realize the people-oriented,teaching goal of education.
