In recent years,most Chinese universities and colleges have set up the Teachers' Teaching Development Center.They carried out a series of training activities to improving teachers' teaching abilityBased on the serious research of teachers' teaching ability,the definition of teachers' Teaching Ability can divided into the following two ways.One way to definition teachers' disciplinary characteristics based on psychology,sociology,pedagogy,definition of teachers' teaching ability,what is defined to teaching ability.The second from the Angle of the achievement aim or finish-teaching task of teachers need to have the knowledge;skills and personal qualities of teachers' teaching ability are analyzed.From the existing research scope,more focused on the following scope.(1)The structure of college teachers teaching ability concluded,about knowledge,skills,ethics and education concept,etc.(2)the study of teachers' teaching ability,such as multimedia application ability,teaching design ability,teachers teaching leadership and other aspects.(3)Teachers of a certain age,or a certain type such as(physical education teachers,English teachers,education research in the majority)teachers' teaching ability,these research focus on starting from the characteristics of the course or subject,discusses the particularity of course or subject to the requirements of the teacher's teaching ability,highlight the special requirements of the teachers' teaching abilities.This research aim to understand the different stages of professional development of teachers' teaching ability present situation and the demand,Uses the questionnaire survey,the education of teachers in colleges and universities theory knowledge,teaching skills and personal qualities of ascension demand three aspects.Questionnaire after recycling,using the analyses software(SPSS)find the ability of teachers present situation and the increasing demand on the basis of professional titles,teaching experience,age three dimensions for cross analysis.Found that different titles of teachers on the importance of teaching ability generally agree that the knowledge,teaching ability inside contains teaching ability and three characteristics of individual internal no significant differences in the importance of specific indicators.Differences between different titles of teachers' teaching ability level,but in promoting teaching ability has a higher demand,this suggests that the teachers recognize the importance of teaching ability,teaching ability development.This research has made some meaningful conclusions,but there are still insufficient.Survey questionnaire needs further optimization and improvement,divided to the teacher's teaching ability dimensions should be more comprehensive,the problems of the present situation of teaching ability should be the representation of a more in-depth and comprehensive problems ought to be more close to reality.On the choice of subjects,although realized the overall number of samples is larger,but limited to conditions some types of teachers lack of sample size is relatively high title of sample size is relatively insufficient,titles of teachers in part due to the small sample size appeared the tendency of extremes.And investigation may be affected by factors such as environment,subjective,so sample size needs to be broader,for the promotion and popularization of the questionnaire,need further verification and modification.In terms of cause analysis,studies need further this study due to personal ability is insufficient only from two aspects of title age only importance to teachers' teaching ability and boost demand cross analyses to explore,but to understand different job title development phase of the deep reasons of the teacher's teaching ability demand,further research is needed.
