Although tourism industry own only 20 years development history in our country, tourism education and training of person with professional abilities in tourism have been developing greatly, universities and colleges of tourism have been increasing rapidly, too. Whereas the thing deserves our attention is that, with the rapidly development of tourism education and training of person with professional abilities in tourism, the tourism education organizations and the industry have been suffering the problem of"disparity between analysis and supply"from 20 century 90th. For this phenomenon, the graduates majoring in tourism and the relevant corporations both insist on their own viewpoints: managers of the relevant corporations consider that the graduates don't adapt the management and running of corporations, whereas the graduates deem that corporations of tourism have problems in employ standard and the management of human resource. Tourism industry is developing with each passing day now, what brings forward higher requests on human resource, so settle the problem of disparity between requirement and supply is really pressing.This thesis analyses the problems and reasons of requirement and supply of persons with professional abilities in major of tourism in universities and colleges of Dalian though the aspects of graduates'mind in applying for a job, employers'hiring conception, and social impacts and so on. In order to resolve the disparity problem between graduates'supply and corporations'requirement, promote the development of tourism industry, universities and colleges of tourism should adjust actively and innovate daringly: Tourism management department of each college must seek for itself trait, confirm its own orientation; set up specialty courses aiming at market requirement; optimize teaching contents and teaching methods; regard teachers'qualities; and students'training of professional consciousness; make cooperation between colleges and corporations, and also between colleges and colleges; consummate practices mechanism; regard guidance of obtaining employment. And also through the struggles of society, academe, industry and graduates together, to resolve the present disparity illogicality of requirement and supply between graduates and relevant corporations in Dalian, make the whole tache"colleges—graduates—tourism industry"turn into the benign circle.
