After the founding of the PRC,due to the improvement of living standards,rapid population growth,excessive population growth,so that a large number of idle labor in rural areas.In the new historical period,the rapid development of coastal economy in China,the impact of tension,in order to obtain better economic benefits,a large number of rural labor force began to settle in the city,work and life.China's agricultural policy for thousands of years will be farmers attached to the land for a long time,the formation of a unique heavy soil culture,"soil relocation" is China's agricultural society for thousands of years under a true portrayal.The rapid development of the economy is the impact of this culture,but because of the long-term existence of urban and rural dual system,the first generation of migrant workers to go out to work only leave their homes,they are still the main agricultural,migrant workers only their busy choice Bale,this migrant workers have a short,cyclical characteristics.Since the new century,the new generation of young migrant workers,represented by the post-80 s of higher education,became the main migrant workers in rural areas.Compared with the first generation of migrant workers,they have a higher level of knowledge,better professional skills,they not only want to get labor income in the city,but with the city dream,want to condesculate in the city,eventually become a city member.However,the dream and the reality of the total gap,on the one hand,the city's high prices and huge living pressure and policy impact is an important factor hindering migrant workers to stay in the city;the other hand,the city's values,the city's social network To farmers to stay in the city to form a huge challenge.Affected by these factors,many labor reluctantly had to return home.However,because this generation of migrant workers affected by the city deep,the rural social life is not too familiar with,so after returning home and face the social life of rural areas to adapt to the problem.When migrant youth can not adapt to rural life and adaptive barriers,social workers should be how to intervene,which became the main problem to be solved in this study.In this study,Pohan Cooperative was used as the research site,and the young people of Puhan cooperatives were studied by literature,observation and interview.Through internship research,Social adaptive barriers,specifically,include psychological adaptation disorders and interpersonal adaptation barriers.Therefore,in this study,the author for these adaptive obstacles to carry out the case work and group work intervention to help the main adjustment of the current discomfort.Through the intervention,it is found that the young people with psychological adaptability need to get the support of family and friends and family,and to improve the adaptability of interpersonal relationship,you need to fundamentally change the rural youth misunderstanding.
