The Study Of The Involvement Of Social Works In Home-based Care For The Aged In Community

China's access to the aging society,the elderly in our country's pension problem has become increasingly prominent,home pension as a relatively high degree of integration of resources and flexible pension approach gradually accepted by the community and to promote the "family pension" and gradually "social Pension " development.At the same time,the immature development of the old-age institutions makes the community's domestic pension gradually rise.It is not only consistent with the traditional concept of old-age pension,but also emphasizes the integration of resources and the establishment of social support network,forming a diversified old-age service model,so the home pension is likely to become China's sustainable,Universal pension model.But because of the level of development around the policy support and other aspects of the differences,leading to the development of home-based pension bottlenecks,many places in the home service camps in name only.This is not only a waste of resources,but also not conducive to its own development.This paper has conducted analysis that is involved in practice foundation regarding the involvement of social works in home-based care for the aged.Social support theory and energization theory are used as the theoretical foundation in this paper while methods such as questionnaire and individual interview are incorporated,while under the circumstance of a general understanding of the basic situations of the elders living in Community L,how the community works are involved in the home-based care for the aged in Community L is analyzed.The specific involvement of social works such as individual works,group works and community works is analyzed,and the effects as well as deficiencies of these three types of methods are analyzed as well.The analysis results show that individual study may effectively build a good relationship between nursing workers and the elders,and satisfy the demands of the elders in life and spirit,hence improving their happiness and satisfaction.However,the specific manner of how individual works are conducted is limited by the professional level of community nursing workers,and the involvement of individual works in the home-based care for the aged in community is relatively fewer with less people involved.The method of group works may gather multiple sources of resources to build a social support network which brings significant effects on the elders for them to expand their social network.But group works tend to have insufficient knowledge and the elders have certain misunderstandings of group works,and they are overly dependent on the support of community nursing workers.Speaking of the effects and deficiencies of the involvement of community works,the involvement of community works may bring professional methods and techniques into home-based care for the aged to enrich the content,therefore enhancing the sense of belongingness and identification of the elders to the community.But a long-term mechanism is missing in community works,and people are still exploring how to continue home-based care for the aged after the quit of community nursing workers.In view of the shortcomings of the social work methods in the intervention of the old age,this paper puts forward the pertinent improvement measures and suggestions.Stressed that the local care workers should be nurtured to explore the “social protection” home care service model;cultivate the local self-organization,to promote the “old age” mutual support pension;cultivate the local volunteer team,practice "social workers volunteer" The linkage mechanism and so on.It is hoped that the research of this paper will not only comprehensively understand the basic situation of the elderly in the current L community,but also provide a scientific scheme for the social work to intervene in the old-age care service.It not only provides scientific measures to improve the effect of the family pension in the community.The future of the relevant research to provide some reference and reference.
