This study focuses on the skilled talent of professional genre learning,aimed to explore skilled talent of professional learning process,by the way of investigating several typical manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai.How to define skilled talent?According to the literature research,the author gives a definition of skilled talent which is to serve the first production line and be able to solve all kinds of problems in daily practice,also his title is senior technician.In the description of the skilled talent,I supposed to search for several professional genres to analyze skilled talent in professional learning at the daily work practice.Besides,this study is based on professional genre Theory and the theory of Reflective Practitioners to illustrate the skilled talent of professional learning mechanism,and the following findings are concluded below.Firstly,skills talent main learning activities is included having class,and the tutorial system.The preservation of learning results in skilled talent is like technological procedure/application patent/work license card,which bear the weight of skills talent expertise in precipitation and accumulated of important reflected.Those type of learning activities will make the expertise knowledge lineage and promotion.Secondly,the professional genre of skilled talent is included skills competition and problem-solving,author will explore the professional learning mechanism and the meaning behind action through the analysis of skilled professional genre,and show the problem-solving model from the perspective of Reflective Practitioner.Thirdly,the property of professional genre learning is mobility and interactivity by analyzing professional genre stories,analysis of professional genre process,thereby contributing to recognize the professional genres.Finally,author discusses how to become a reflective practitioner from the vision of reflective practitioner,then to rethink the whole study in research role/research framework/research methods and research ethics so that to do some reflection and summary.
