Skilled talents play a more and more important role in the development of socio-economic, they increasingly become an important basis for the sustainable development of society and economy, The social development demand skilled talents in the explosive rise. Especially young skilled talent as the foundation of skilled talent, his growth is facing many problems. This study will take a coastal province as an example, in order to analyze the construction problems of young skilled talent, at last it will summary the optimized conception of the young skilled talent’s path selection.The introduction part mainly introduces research backgrounds and significances of the article; Then overseas and domestic research processing is reviewed and evaluated; Finally it shows research methods, basic contents and research innovationsChapter Two:First, I will introduce the definition of core concepts. Then I will elaborate theoretical basis of the research, they include Professional Career Cycle^ The rule of the growth of talent、Hierarchy of needs theory、expectancy theory、Career planning theory. The last is mainly about the development state of young skilled talent. Specifically professional career cycle of young skilled talent.
