Esearch On The Teaching Management Of Modern Distance Open Education

With the development of economy,science and technology,employment,the standard in all walks of life talent selection has been updated.In today's society,diplomas is not regarded as the only standard to measure to talent cultivation,but the comprehensive quality and creative ability and constantly improved social competitiveness to face the complex social environment.In today's society openness as its characteristics,network as its carrier,Modern distance education has a great potential value and development prospects.Distance education,as a part of the education system in many countries,has stood up with its relative independence.With its development in our country,distance education has experienced three stages: the correspondence education,broadcasting and television education,modern distance education.Large achievements have been made through constant development,but there are still many problems: teaching management,teaching management issues,the shortage of the resources construction,learning support services,and so on,which are solved through targeted analysis in this article,embarking from the practical instance,combined with domestic and foreign advanced teaching concepts.Teaching management is the process and control strategy to teaching activities implementation of specification unified management through the teaching concepts,management experience and teaching laws.This article,obtaining from the concept of modern open and distance education,takes Bingtuan Radio and Television University(hereinafter referred to as Bingtuan TV university)as an example to analyze its teaching management present situation,and all kinds of problems on its teaching system and teaching links and puts forward the new point of view to seek for modern open education model in the new situation to promote open education healthy and orderly development in Bingtuan TV university.
