As managers and leaders of primary and secondary schools,the characteristics,leadership and management ability of principals have a direct impact on the development of primary and secondary schools.The improvement of the principal training mechanism can greatly improve the principal's leadership and management ability,and help the principal to better manage the school and improve the level of school development.The research on the training mechanism of principals in primary and secondary schools in ethnic regions refers to the development of training programs suitable for the development of principals in primary and secondary schools in ethnic regions according to the growth characteristics and rules of principals in ethnic regions,and the training of improving the leadership and management ability of principals in primary and secondary schools in ethnic regions.Throughout in recent years to carry out the training work of schoolmasters in all kinds of Guangxi region,GuangXi District no.12,positive response to the national education department issued statements about middle and primary school headmaster training policy,has carried out the"national culture"and"culture"plans of the autonomous region as a whole project,the ministry of education,China mobile's middle and primary school headmaster training project,principal post training and improve training projects,etc.,have achieved relatively good results.However,the author believes that there are still some problems in the cultivation mechanism of primary and secondary school principals in Guangxi at the national,school and individual levels,which need to be further improved.Therefore,establishing and improving the principal training mechanism of primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas plays an important role in promoting the development level of primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas.This paper analyzes and studies from two stages:first,it analyzes the development and current situation of the principal training mechanism of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi,finds out the deficiencies and explores the reasons;Second,the three areas of Guangxi(Hengxian,Baise and Chongzuo city)seven primary and secondary school principal(2 high school principal,two junior middle school principal,three elementary school principals)conducted semi-structured interviews,and encodes the interview content analysis,to explore the characteristics of primary and secondary school principals have in Guangxi region,after growing up,the participation of comprehension,Suggestions to training work in Guangxi region,to consummate the mechanism of middle and primary school headmaster training in Guangxi region to provide practical reference.Finally,based on the above analysis,the author puts forward some Suggestions from three aspects:the state,schools and principals.
