The state proposed that education should improve the quality,pay attention to connotation development and run a feature,high-level educational development.It makes the construction of spiritual culture is highly regarded.It also becomes an important carrier of the schools' characteristic education,educating characteristic people and developing school through the quality.As National School of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,which is located in the northeast of Golden Triangle has a strong a consciousness offusion.In such multicultural time,how to continue the gene of national culture,extract the essence of thought and build national cultures leading high-quality schools is very important problem to be resolved.Taking the one of the Yanji Korean schools named GY Primary School as the research object,this paper explores the systematic research on the basis of using various research methods such as literature method,interview method,questionnaire research.First,as the school administrator,through viewing history of the school,the author knows the history of development in GY Primary School and how they constructed the spiritual culture.The author spent one and a half years in observing all the students and teachers,including daily behaviors,spiritual outlook,participation in the construction of spiritual culture,identity conditions,conscientiously implement and internal pursuit and so on.And interviewing 3 headmasters,9 middle-level leaders,front line teachers 14 monitors of the school's Young Pioneers group committee(Grade5-6).In the survey,GY Primary School's construction of the spiritual culture in material carriers did well,and have varied inheritance of ethnic culture activities.But to realize cultural connotations to keep sustainable characteristic development,the following findings are obtained:(1)The construction of spiritual culture doesn't fit other aspect well(2)It is due to the lack of spirit level of cultural identity,which leads to the cultural consciousness an d internalize the pursuit of degree is not high.(3)It is due to the imperfect system constructions,it can not be the security of school's construction of spiritual culture.(4)Inheritance of ethnic and characteristic culture lacks the systematic.Through the analysis and discussion,four conclusions are drawn:(1)The refine of core values is still needs further improvement.(2)It is lack of defining the spirit cultural connotations,learning and publicity.(3)The construction of spiritual culture main participators' participation is low.(4)Systematic construction has not done enough.On this basis,four proposals are put forward:(1)Strengthening the construction of spiritual culture connotations,refine and enrich the core values;(2)Strengthening the construction of spiritual culture atmosphere and improve the teachers' absence of identity.(3)Actively respond to teachers' and students' demands,increase the main participators' participation;(4)Scientific management and systematic construction of spiritual culture should be perfected.
