With the deepening of various reforms in the country,especially the intensification of the reform in basic education,it has brought both opportunities and unprecedented challenges to the reform of primary and secondary education for nationalities.Compared with ordinary primary and secondary education,the education of ethnic schools should pay attention to not only the general problems in general education,but also the general problems in general education.Because of the special problems brought about by the regional and cultural factors.This paper takes all the teachers and some students of Y primary school in Yanji City as the research object.By using the method of literature,this paper consults,collects and collates the research status and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of primary school culture,and then grasps the current development trend of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of primary school campus culture.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the present situation and influencing factors of campus culture construction of Y primary school in Yanji city,finds out the problems existing in the construction of campus culture in this primary school,and analyses the problems existing in the construction of campus culture from three aspects:society,school and teachers.By using SPSS24.0,the survey data of the status of campus culture construction of Y primary school in Yanji City and the influencing factors of campus culture construction are collated and analyzed,and the data description and data test are made.This paper further enriches the research on the current situation of campus culture construction and its influencing factors in theory,strives to provide theoretical basis for the construction of campus culture in similar schools,and provides reliable reference for optimizing and improving the construction of campus culture in Yanji City in practice.Through investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:first,Korean books and educational resources are relatively scarce;second,the construction of spiritual culture is not deep enough;third,the formulation and implementation of the system are inconsistent and lack of effectiveness;fourth,there are fewer campus activities for teachers and students are not interested in campus activities.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward:first,increase the investment in bilingual teaching resources construction;second,change the concept of leading campus culture construction and strengthen the implementation of the system;third,increase the investment in school culture construction and scientific distribution;fourth,arrange campus activities scientifically and reasonably.
