Dominated by Beijing municipal education commission in 2014,a small "senior staff" children's interest in track and field teaching program,that connected the Beijing sports university and five elementary schools,the teaching training of track and field professional graduate student,after dispatch to five elementary schools to participate in the activities of children's interest in track and field teaching.2015 annual plan including athletics professional graduate student,as has no experience in teaching practice athletics teacher,in the aspect of teaching ability of organization,there are some shortcomings,thus in the process of practical teaching activities,also appeared many problems.Practice of track and field teachers' teaching ability of organization,embodied in a physical education teaching activities in the process,but in the process,intern teachers will encounter many influence factors of track and field,directly affect the organization of classroom teaching process,indirectly affect the practice of track and field teachers' teaching ability of organization.At present,the practice of track and field teachers in the process of teaching practice,the problems are diverse,the practice of track and field teaching organization ability difference,coupled with the objective conditions of the differences between schools led to the differences in teaching activities.This article through to the Beijing sports university track and field teachers' teaching organization "advisors" internship activities process,tracking and research,the analysis of practical problems in the process of teaching activities,find out the specific factors that affect physical education teachers teaching ability of organization,and puts forward related Suggestions.Research shows that:1.Beijing Sport University "insider small" track and field practice teaching organization ability,because of differences in the basic situation,including the age,gender,practice time,teaching grade,lessons per week,to practice athletics teachers' teaching organization ability are different.2.According to the children's interest in athletics teaching activity process,questionnaire data to "insider" project practice teachers as the starting point,combined with field view class records,found that all influence factors are discussed in this paper,to a certain extent,restricts the practice of athletics teachers' teaching ability of organization.3.A class of track and field teaching organization practice teachers process,influenced by two factors,one is the internal factors,self factors;the other is the external factors,including the factors of students,teaching environment,teaching syllabus factors.The internal factors which factors are more important,a great influence on the track and field practice of teachers;and external factors such as uncontrollable factors,the influence degree is not the same.
