Training Mode And Mechanism Of Logistics Talents In Vocational Training Institutions

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of economy,modern logistics industry in our country obtained great progress.The whole society knows the logistics even deeper and the modern logistics industry has been incorporated into the country's overall economic development strategy.Total logistics industry is growing rapidly,and gradually formed a running mechanism which is mainly based on the market regulation.At the same time,the investment of logistics infrastructure is increasing,and the infrastructure capacity is significantly improved.But due to historical reasons,related professionals in this industry are weak,they do not accept good education,and even they did not have deeper understanding of logistics modern new methods and new technology.They cannot adjust to the industry development requirements and education development in the field is relatively backward.Academic education and Vocational education in such aspects as teaching contents,teaching methods and other aspects also has the insufficiency,which cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of the industry.In this paper,choosing the logistics management professional training mode in higher vocational colleges as the research project,the author analyzes how to construct the logistics management mode of talent cultivation.According to his own work,the author takes the logistics management major in JM college as the example to elaborate respectively from talent target positioning and specifications,teaching ways and methods,logistics management professional curriculum system,practice base construction,teaching staff construction,to talents assessment standard of logistics management professional talent training model building,moreover analyzes the key problem--logistics personnel training mode about the mismatch between Logistics demand and supply and logistics talents,from logistics teaching way,the logistics professional teaching resources,teaching training system,the social education system to various aspects,finally to continuously improve the innovation of the logistics personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges,the purpose of improving the quality of logistics education system.
