| With the increasing national attention to sports industry and the gradual improvement of its support,China’s sports industry has been developing rapidly.As an important part of sports industry,sports training market is also booming,especially for minors,which is from a blue sea to a small red sea.The youth group has gradually become the key service object of the sports training market,and Wushu,as a well-known sports project,the pace of market-oriented training is also constantly moving forward.It is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of children’s Wushu training market to understand the current situation of children’s Wushu training market and explore the relevant factors affecting its development.In this thesis,first,the current situation of the children’s martial arts training market in Haidian District of Beijing is investigated through the methods of literature,questionnaires and field visits.Second,the Delphi method is used to initially construct the development of children’s martial arts training market in Haidian District,Beijing.Index system of influencing factors,and then conduct empirical analysis through factor analysis to find out the main factors affecting its development.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In Haidian District,Beijing,the main participants in Wushu training are primary school students and junior high school students,and the gender ratio of students participating is imbalance,most of them take part in the training during winter and summer holidays and daily weekends;the main problems that students face when they take part in Wushu training are heavy learning pressure,heavy homework,participating in other training,boring teaching content,poor training facilities.(2)Physical fitness is one of the primary reasons that most parents support children to participate in Wushu Training.In the channel that parents understand Wushu training institutions,Baidu,Wechat and other network platforms and applications undoubtedly play a very key role.Whether the Wushu coaches have good qualifications and whether the training places have good Security Certification and whether children can get harvest are the most important factors that parents pay attention to.(3)The marketing mode is single and the propaganda means is limited.At present,most of the Wushu coaches in the training institutions are male,and the age group is generally young and middle-aged.The business evaluation mode of coaches needs to be further optimized.(4)All the factors that affect the development of children’s Wushu training market in Haidian District of Beijing constitute an organic whole,and all the factors are interrelated and influencing each other.The influencing factors include 5secondary indicators and 22 tertiary indicators.The contribution values of secondary indicators are as follows: institutional resource factor(0.642),institutional capacity factor(0.635),macro environment factor(0.589),industrial environment factor(0.579),institutional culture factor(0.553).Among the factors of institutional resources,the factor load of "staff’s qualification and level","institutional geographical location" is high;among the factors of institutional capacity,the factor load of "teaching organization ability","service quality" and "curriculum setting ability" is high;among the macro environmental factors,the factor load of "relevant sports policies and regulations" is high;and for the industrial environment,the contribution is high.The larger factor is "competition of other training projects";among the factors of organizational culture,"organizational image construction" has a higher load. |
