From the present view of our country,preschool education has strong commonality.on the one hand,childcare services provided by kindergarten has the function of encouraging and expanding employment;on the other hand,when the education level of children is relatively high,it can effectively improve the social development and cognitive ability of children,so as to lay the solid foundation for the future development of children.Preschool education is the weakest link in the education system,at the edge of education for a long time.Music education of children is a particularly important part of preschool education,although now has recognized the important value of children's music enlightenment,but hasn't set up the institutionalized ecological governance.At present,there are various problems in the training mode of children's music enlightenment in China,but if the government manages the whole music enlightenment of children,there will be too much cost burden,time-consuming and low efficiency.Based on the obvious commonality of children's music education,the government should fully mobilize other social subjects to take part in managing the public affairs,encouraging to establish the third-party education institutions for music education of children,kindergartens cooperate with the curriculum system for children's music education that established by educational institutions.I summarized the current model of children's music enlightenment,and analyzed the present dilemma of the model for children's music education in China.On this basis,this paper put forward the mode of kindergarten cooperate with outside resources to solve the present dilemma of children's music education,and explored the significance of the cooperation between them.In the practice,taking the win-win cooperation of Seashell kindergarten in Kunming and educational intermediary as an example,referring and studying the teaching experience at home and abroad,focusing on the curriculum,and setting up the mode of kindergarten cooperate with outside.Expecting to expand from the point to the surface,promoting kindergartens establish cooperative relations with wider range of social education resources,making diversified evaluation criteria and teaching models be formed,so as to provide protection for healthy development of children.
