Under The Background Of The New Teacher Certificate Of Beijing Sports University Sports Education Professional Training Scheme Research

In 2015,China conducted a comprehensive test of teacher certification nationwide.This policy has been more standardized and strengthened the construction of the teachers' team,so that the training of the education professionals has to be reformed.To meet the need of social reform and national policy,Beijing sports university as the training of specialists in the field of sports education of higher learning,to develop the talent training scheme should be more to the needs of society and students employment as the basic criterion,according to the current employment status quo and characteristics of physical education major,make appropriate adjustments to the current talent training and reform,constantly adapt to the demand of the market,in order to promoting the healthy development of this major sustainability to make Beijing sports university progress towards higher and stronger better development,enhances the student to teacher certification exam pass rate.Research methods: this article USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,case analysis method to investigate the new teacher certification national exam Beijing sports university sports education professional personnel training scheme under the situation of comparative research,the conclusion after reform unceasingly for the sports education professional training scheme to provide the theory and practice basis.The results of the study: the training programs of the university's physical education programs are not compatible with the requirements of the students.Conclusion: the teaching content of the teacher should be transformed into knowledge and teaching skill from knowledge teaching.The proportion of general courses and the humanities need to be strengthened;Schools should increase teachers' education,adding "normal" to more specialized skills.To improve the supervision and innovation ability of the students' teaching practice;Change the view of teaching and connect with the base education.
