History is a discipline that reveals the course of human history and is the narrative and interpretation of human history under the guidance of certain historical concepts.History has close contact with history education.School's history curriculum assumes important historical education function.As the basis for researching and learning history,comprehensive and objective historical data is the foundation of learning history.The meaningful teaching of history must conform to the authentic historical data.In the context of the new curriculum reform,teachers are required to change the teaching method of forced-feeding in past,instead of the guider and organizer of classroom to encourage students to independent learning.Historical data as an important tool for students to understand and explain history,the important of learning history appears naturally.How to improve the using of historical data in teaching,become the problem that historical educator must face.This paper intends to analyze the application of the current historical data in the three aspects of teaching,teaching materials and questions,and to dig out the problems that may or have appeared.Such as some historical materials are controversial,too much attention to the examination,using fuzzy pictures and so on.At the same time,teachers should combine the theory with practice,and research students' trouble in learning history in depth.Combining the questions raised in this paper and feedback of students' questionnaire,author make suggestions from three aspects,teaching,teaching materials and questions.In general,the use of historical data in high school history teaching is an important way to improve teaching effectiveness.The majority of history educators must pay attention to its role,to face its possible or have problems,to enhance self-knowledge and teaching skills,in order to use historical materials in teaching,improve teaching quality.
