In recent years,due to the decline in the overall quality of the students in the secondary occupation school,students are easily influenced by various social factors.The behavior deviation students are increasing significantly,and it made the impact to the development of secondary occupation school.The research is very important to the management of the students with deviant behavior,which is related to the development of the secondary vocational school,the harmony and stability of the society.At present,the deviant behavior of secondary vocational school students is mainly reflected in three aspects:behavior habit deviation,moral deviation and personality deviation.The formation of secondary vocational school students' deviant behavior is closely related to the lack of family education,the school education and the social atmosphere and the adverse effects of the media.The work of educational administration needs the joint efforts of parents,teachers and society,and the government should play a leading role.This study is based on educational equity theory,hierarchy of needs theory and humanistic theory.Taking Zhenjiang Technician College as an example,the data were collected by questionnaire and interview,in order to investigated and study on the management difficulties of the students with deviant behavior.Analyse the causes of the status quo,pointed out the impacts in three areas the government,schools and families.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Conclusion of this paper:There is a close relationship between the problem behaviors of the students in the secondary vocational school and the family,school and society.To improve the effectiveness of the management of vocational school students with deviant behavior depends on the government's leadership.The government should strengthen the supervision of secondary vocational schools,urge schools to establish a new people-oriented management philosophy,Strengthen the construction of social ethics assistance system,Provide legal aid and financial assistance to students with behavioral biases,do a good job in family education publicity,establishment of behavior deviation student mental health assistance center,and let the behavior deviation students feel the care of the big family.The government should give full play to the role of social media to strengthen the guidance of social morality in order to build a good environment for the growth and development of secondary vocational school students:campus environment full of humanistic care,healthy psychological environment,harmonious campus humanity justice and morality,equality education environment.At last,change the family's education concept,strengthen the family school depth communication and care behavior deviation students...
