With the rapid economic growth brought by the reform and opening-up,the logistics industry is regarded as the artery of Chinese economy development,and also become an indispensable part of national economic and social development.At present,Chinese Government attaches great importance to the China-ASEAN Trade Zone and the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,but the lack of logistics personnel has become an important issue in the rapid development of Guangxi economy,especially the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.Besides,logistics industry require a large number of personnel,as the key force of cultivating logistics personnel,vocational colleges should take the responsibility of the important task of cultivating skilled logistics personnel.Due to the rapid development of the logistics education in the vocational college,it has also produced many personnel training problems.Such as,how to carry out the training effectively,how to assume the mission of development of logistics industry.This is an important problem that vocational colleges must solve.On the basis of consulting a large number of policy documents and research literatures,this thesis analyzes the basic concepts and main connotations of logistics and logistics industry,and to elaborate the definition,objectives,professional settings,and evaluation system of personnel training by using literature survey,investigation method and case study method.Then,based on the development status of Guangxi logistics industry,this paper attempts to dissect the development prospect and to clarify the current problems in the supply and demand of talents in the logistics industry.On that basis,through the use of questionnaires and other methods,we scientifically sort out the talent orientation of logistics management professionals in Guangxi vocational colleges is not clear,the training is lagging;the curriculum is unreasonable,teaching methods are delayed;the faculty is weak,the teachers are not professional enough and low recognition of high-level logistics talents.This thesis combines with the analysis of the effectiveness of logistics management professionals in X Vocational and Technical College,focus on talent training,curriculum system and teaching reform,put forward practical and feasible countermeasures for the construction of Double-qualified faculty and deepen the "Integration of Production and Education".This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction,mainly includes the background and research significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,and the research ideas and methods.The second part includes related overview and theoretical basis.Basically analyzes the concept of logistics industry and logistics talents,and expounds the basic connotation of logistics personnel training and the basis of the theoretical basis of this research.The third part is related to Guangxi logistics industry development and the analysis of the status quo of logistics talent supply and demand.Firstly through the macro analysis of the development status of Guangxi logistics industry,and then through the number of logistics talents,types,geographical needs of the three dimensions of the survey,combined with the supply of talent.It is analyzed that the current supply of logistics talents in Guangxi is seriously inadequate,and the existing talent structure cannot fully meet the needs of the development of the industry.The fourth part is to analyze the problem of training talents for high-level logistics in Guangxi.The questionnaires and other methods are used to analyze the four dimensions of users(enterprises),producers(teachers),production processes(undergraduates)and products(graduates).The cultivation of logistics talents in Guangxi vocational colleges has major problems such as unclear talent orientation,irrational training,unreasonable curriculum,lagging teaching methods,weak teacher resources,insufficient professional quality of teachers,and low recognition of high-level logistics talents.The fifth part offered optimization countermeasures for the training of logistics talents in Guangxi vocational colleges.Based on the case analysis of the training of logistics talents in Guangxi X Technology College,focus on the problems which are pointed out in fourth part,and to propound the specific needs of regional economic development,the goal of talent training,the implementation of the curriculum system and the reform of teaching methods,the construction of schools and enterprises to create a high-level "double-qualified" faculty,deepen the "Integration of Production and Education",and jointly improve the quality of personnel training.The sixth part is conclusion.
