Teachers' Teachers' professional development from the perspective of social emotion belongs to the professional specialization of primary and secondary school teachers.Professionalism is the characteristic and requirement of modern society.Professionalism is determined and stipulated by the characteristics of the affairs handled by the profession itself.In2021,"The 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of Long-term Goals in 2035" put forward: China should build a high-quality and professional teaching staff,so as to promote the construction of a high-quality education system.High-quality development will be the main line of the construction of teachers in the 14 th Five-Year Plan.However,the exploration and research of teachers' professional development in our country mostly focus on teachers' knowledge,experience and skills,ignoring teachers' emotional problems.Moreover,the problems exposed in the field of educational practice also show that teachers' profession needs not only knowledge reserve and specialized teaching techniques,but also emotional communication and communication.This paper focuses on teachers' social emotion,social emotion helps to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and create a harmonious classroom atmosphere,and it is also a condition to ensure teachers' professional enthusiasm and professional happiness.In addition,social emotion,as the origin of teachers' learning,regulates teachers' cognition,will and behavior,and also complements cognitive learning to promote teachers' learning and growth.Therefore,this paper takes social emotion as a learning theory to reflect on the professional development of teachers based on knowledge.Firstly,by using the method of literature analysis,this paper rationally reflects on the attributes of education industry and teachers' profession,and finds that the characteristics of education are "cultivating people" or "educating people",and the goodness of education itself requires teachers' profession to achieve the goal of "making people be good",which indicates that teachers' profession contains the attribute of "moral relationship".At the same time,the teaching profession refers to "learners' prosocial feelings and abilities".Therefore,this paper puts forward that the teaching profession is based on communication and emotion.Secondly,according to the text,the present situation and other realistic evidence,it points out that the current professional development of teachers has the phenomenon of constraining the innovative vitality of schools and the creative development of teachers themselves.For example,the knowledge-based view makes teacher education pay more attention to teachers' knowledge and skills;The top-down reform mode makes managers' vision focus on the level of government and schools,thus ignoring the dominant position of teachers in the development process;The promotion of teachers' specialization makes researchers pay more attention to teachers' "professionalism",and it is easy to ignore other attributes of teachers.Finally,this paper attempts to explore the countermeasures of constructing teachers' professional development from the perspective of "social emotion",which can not only provide guiding suggestions for the overall work of teachers' professional development in China,but also enrich the theoretical research of teachers' professionalization in China.This paper mainly consists of four parts: The first part is the introduction.Looking at the introduction and practice of teachers' professional development thought and theory in China,it is found that teachers' professional development has fallen into the cage of professionalism,which has inhibited the all-round development of teachers to a certain extent.Therefore,it is proposed to study the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.The second part clarifies the concept of social emotion,and proposes to examine the deficiency of teachers' professional development from the perspective of "social emotion".The third part,based on literature analysis,reflects on the shortcomings existing in the current process of teachers' professional development;The fourth part tries to put forward the path of teachers' professional development aiming at the current problems.
