The main research target of this paper is the education reform based on the subject of moral education in primary and middle schools in Japan,including moral education problems and coping ways and characteristics of moral education in the process of solution and the related enlightenment content about moral education in primary and middle schools in China.Through the study of the main part,method of practice,practice characteristics and measures of the content of moral education in the new period of outstanding issues about the practice of moral education in elementary and secondary schools in Japan,the development of moral education in China in the ideological and political education,which will be beneficial enlightenment are summarized.The study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide favorable reference for the learning model of moral education in the ideological and political education.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first part of practice is about moral education in primary and secondary schools in Japan,namely the practice subject to the school,society and family relation in trinity and its function in the moral education in the process of division of labor;the second chapter focuses on the practice of moral education in primary and secondary schools in Japan,include teaching in classroom,activities in campus,experiential learning and family moral education;the third chapter mainly research on the primary and secondary school moral education in Japan around three aspects of personality,knowledge and recessive education;the fourth chapter introduces the practice of new methods of practical problems facing the middle and primary schools in Japan in order to cope with the campus moral education to strengthen and improve the spiritual education;the fifth chapter studies the moral education of enlightenment to the practice of moral education of primary and middle schools in Japan,building up the moral education content includes combination of indoctrination and inspiration,strengthen the norms of behavior training,strengthen psychological factors and deepen the measures of the moral education among family,school and society.
