With the continuous development of information technology,technology has penetrated into all aspects of our lives.The application of information technology in education is also becoming more and more widespread.At the same time,we can find from the various policy documents issued by the state:education informatization has become a major trend in the development of education.Therefore,teachers as practitioners of information-based instructional design.The requirements for teachers will also become higher and higher.As a future educator,normal students should constantly update their educational concepts.Improve your professional skills.To adapt to the rapid development of the information age.The improvement of information-based instructional design skills has become the primary task of teacher development.This study mainly builds thematic resources based on the current status of training and applies them to teaching.It is hoped that the teaching and design capabilities of normal students in information technology will be improved.This research mainly uses the main research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.And using the teaching model of flipping the classroom,the theme resources will be used in practical teaching.Firstly,this study elaborated the research background of the application of the theme resources in the cultivation of normal students' informatization instructional design ability and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The current domestic and foreign relevant research and literature are analyzed and organized to form a review.It also defines related concepts such as theme resources and information-based instructional design.Secondly,the author consulted a large amount of data and continued to modify it.A survey questionnaire on information-based instructional design,ability status,and expectations for informational instructional design was formed.In addition,some of the normal students at a provincial normal university are studied.The investigation of the status quo of information-based instructional design ability for normal college students.Learn about the opening of related courses and the current status of normal students,find out the problem.And based on the issues that arise,performing theme resource architecture.Targeted construction of theme resources suitable for classroom teaching in colleges and universities.And combined with the flipping classroom teaching model.Finally,the author used the "Modern Educational Technology" public class.Selecting some normal students for teaching practice.Apply the theme resource to practical teaching and analyze its application effect.It is concluded that the application of the theme resource in the informationized instructional design of normal school students can improve the instructional design capability of normal school students.The teaching practice through the thematic resources in normal college students' informatization instructional design.Solve the problems existing in the current cultivation situation.This will provide a new way for the improvement of normal students' informatization instructional design ability.And found problems in teaching practice.Provide lessons for subsequent development.
