Private education is an essential part of socialist education.It not only enriches the supply of educational resources and satisfies the diversified educational needs of modern people,but also makes positive contributions to the development of national economy and social cause.Nowadays,private education market has fierce competitions.An excellent and stable team of teachers has become the key to the development of a school.In recent years,the job satisfaction of teachers has been decreasing gradually,which not only leads to a high turnover rate,but also often leads to vacancy of teaching positions and no one to apply for them.Therefore,how to retain teachers,improve their job satisfaction and build a stable team of teachers is an urgent problem for private schools.This paper has researched SYHQ private secondary school.In order to get a general grasp of the status of teachers' job satisfaction,questionnaire survey and personal interview have been made.Teachers' job satisfaction is tested from seven dimensions: salary and benefits,work pressure,work environment,leadership and management,professional training,incentive mechanism and self-actualization.After collecting the data,SPSS was used to analyze the data results,so as to obtain the significant factors influencing the satisfaction.Finally,countermeasures are proposed from various aspects:First,it is necessary to raise the salary level of teachers,establish and perfect a competitive salary system.Second,it is suggested to plan teachers' work reasonably,to create an atmosphere of "respecting teachers and valuing education".We can comfort the teachers psychologically by protecting and respecting teachers.Third,we should improve the teaching facilities and equipment.Then cultivate the working culture,strengthen the building of the teacher team culture.So that the teachers can work happily.Fourth,abandon the backward management idea,optimize the management system;establish human resources management department;expand the reserve of teachers and do a good job in educating and retaining them.Fifth,teachers should be provided with opportunities for professional training,and the quality of professional training should be valued.Sixth,perfect the performance appraisal system and establish the incentive system.Seventh,teachers' career development needs to be planned;broaden promotion channels;guide teachers to correct attribution and raise expectations.It is hoped that this study can improve the job satisfaction of teachers in SYHQ private school,enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of school,and promote the healthy and long-term development of school.
