The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline put forward: "the development of rural preschool education,strive to improve the rural preschool education popularity".However,rural kindergarten teachers' shortage,poor stability and lack of professionalism has become a main obstacle restricting popularization of rural preschool education quality.Among them,the number of faculty shortage problem is particularly prominent.Research has pointed out,"in 2015 by conservative estimates,at least there will be millions of pre-school education teachers in our country the gap" in addition,teachers' quality is low,the teachers troop poor problem has serious influence the development of preschool education in the countryside of our country.Based on this,this study adopts the case study of qualitative orientation to research the basic situation of teachers' professional attraction in rural kindergartens.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:Part one: Put forward problems.This part mainly introduces the research background,research questions and research significance.Part two: Literature review.This part organizes and summarizes the related literature that mainly includes the definition of related concepts,the related research of occupational attraction,and the related research on teachers' professional attraction in rural kindergartens.Part three: Research methods and processes.It mainly states the determination of research methods,the selection of research objects,the basic process of research,and discusses the ethics and validity of research.Part four: Basic situation of the teachers' professional attraction in rural kindergartens.This part presents the basic situation of teachers' professional attraction in rural kindergartens through six aspects,namely,entering the rural kindergartens,stability of teachers',diversity of the working situation,Special and bleak career,complaints about hard work and stay in the dilemma.Part five: the research conclusions and Suggestions.Based on the status of fourth part,this study concluded that rural preschool teachers' professional less attractive,professional provide poor is the root cause of the rural preschool teachers' professional less attractive,low social status of negative influence on rural preschool teachers' professional attraction,personal preferences and demand is the support of rural kindergarten teachers' career choice and stay conditional factors.According to the above conclusions,the paper puts forward the following four-point proposal,advocating the implementation of such policies,to protect the rural preschool teachers' identity;to carry out the organization and management measures,improve the rural preschool teachers' work environment;Teachers' professional faith,in pre-school education career;Respect for the rural preschool teachers' professional status.
