The development of education in China is inseparable from the existence of the important role of teachers.Physical education teachers are indispensable in the process of physical education and teaching of students.Building an excellent team of physical education teachers is the fundamental place for the realization of cultural people.It is very important for the development of education in our country to pay attention to the development of teachers and improve the treatment of teachers.The construction of the teaching staff must first solve the problem of insufficient professional attractiveness.This article investigates 7 senior middle schools in Jingzhou City,and takes Jingzhou high school physical education teacher occupation attraction as the research object.It adopts various methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,and field investigation method.The status quo of teachers 'professional attractiveness is investigated on the basis of understanding and mastering the relevant concepts and the process of generating professional attractiveness of physical education teachers in Jingzhou high schools,understanding the problems existing in the development of professional attractiveness of teachers in high school in Jingzhou,and analyzing The reasons for the low professional attractiveness of physical education teachers in the city's high schools and the influencing factors to explore the professional attractiveness of the physical education teachers in the high schools,and put forward a study on the way to improve the professional attractiveness of the physical education teachers in Jingzhou.On the one hand,it can enrich the theoretical research related to the attractiveness of high school physical education teachers,and can provide some basic materials for the study of the professional development and survival status of the entire high school physical education teacher group,as well as discuss the factors that affect the professional attractiveness of high school physical education teachers and propose relevant Strategies to enhance the professional attractiveness of high school physical education teachers;on the other hand,it enables senior high school managers to refer to the research results of this study and realize that the degree of influence of these influencing factors on the professional attractiveness of high school physical education teachers can be targeted to improve The school's management methods have found effective measures that can enhance the professional appeal of physical education teachers,thereby making some improvements.This article studies the meaning of the professional attractiveness of high school physical education teachers,the status analysis of the professional attractiveness of high school physical education teachers in Jingzhou City and the analysis of the reasons for this situation,combined with the relevant literature analysis to draw the following conclusions:(1)The professional attractiveness indicators of high school physical education teachers include four dimensions of their own quality,professional salary,professional environment,mutual relationship and a total of 18 indicators.(2)The number of high school physical education teachers in Jingzhou City is small,the teacher-student ratio is too large,and physical education teachers are seriously overloaded.Jingzhou high school physical education teachers are less attractive to young people,and there are more elderly high school physical education teachers.(3)There are different survey results in each dimension of the professional attractiveness of high school physical education teachers in Jingzhou City.The order from high to low is self-quality>professional environment>relation>professional salary.(4)The influencing factors of the professional attractiveness of Jingzhou high school physical education teachers include the government,society,Jingzhou high school,and high school physical education teachers themselves;the specific reasons for the lack of professional attractiveness of Jingzhou physical education teachers include the urban economy of Jingzhou The development level is not high,the professional identity of high school physical education teachers has declined,the high school education system in Jingzhou is fixed,the professional return of high school physical education teachers is insufficient,and the personal quality of some high school physical education teachers is biased.
