In the course of international curriculum reform,teacher empowerment has become an important trend of reform,and teacher’s curriculum power has become the focus of research.The preschool education is affected by the curriculum reform,and the preschool teachers’ curriculum power is also concerned.The preschool teachers curriculum power is not only helpful to improve the quality of curriculum,but also to improve the professional level of teachers,and to promote the development of children.However,there is a lack of research on preschool teachers’ curriculum power,especially the lack of a detailed and in-depth study on the basic theory and the current situation.Therefore,this study analyzes the basic theory of the preschool teachers’ curriculum power,and explores the reality of the situation,and then analyzes its influencing factors.On the basis,this study puts forward some suggestions,which has important significance in theory and practice.On the basis of the existing research,this study uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,observation and interview.This study reviews the present situation of preschool teachers’ curriculum power,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the preschool teachers’ curriculum power.The study is divided into the following five parts:Part one: raising the problems.Based on the complete analysis of previous studies,this study establishes the research content,and then designs the framework.Part two: research ideas and methods.This study adheres to the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,quantitative research and implementation research,and the design of multiple aggregation method.This study determined the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey method,observation method and interview method.Part there: the basic theory analysis of preschool teachers’ curriculum power.This study mainly analyzes the basic theory of preschool teacher curriculum power from three aspects: the basis,value and suitability analysis,in order to providetheoretical basis for the practical situation of preschool teachers’ curriculum power in practice.Part four: the present situation of preschool teachers’ curriculum power.This study used a questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method,and then makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the present situation of preschool teacher’s curriculum power from three aspects: giving,exercising and protecting.It provides a realistic basis for countermeasures for analyzing its influencing factors.Part five: the influence factors of preschool teachers’ curriculum power.Using the method of questionnaire and interview,this study analyzes the influencing factors from four aspects: preschool teacher,kindergarten,education administrative department and social.Part six: Suggestions on improving preschool teachers’ curriculum power.Based on the basic theory,this study analyzes the current situation of preschool teachers’ curriculum power,and puts forward some suggestions: Strengthen the consciousness of teachers curriculum power,and improve their professional ability;Give teachers sufficient curriculum power,and create a culture of cooperation and consultation;Improve the kindergarten curriculum system and strengthen the professional training of teachers;Play a leading role in the administrative departments of education,and clear authority and responsibility.
