A Study On The Characteristics Construction Of Private School

After 30 years of development,private primary and secondary schools have a large scale,which has made great contributions to the popularization and development of basic education in China.The functions of primary school changed from the initial development people “learn”to the present people come to “good school”.In order to meet the needs of the masses of selective education,the characteristics of the school is particularly important.Private schools should vigorously promote compulsory education in the country's environment to survive and develop in the extrusion of public schools and international education,must grasp the characteristics of the lifeline,can be said that the key to sustainable development lies in the characteristic construction of private education.In this paper,choose a typical private school which in Hanzhong city named Longgang,characteristic development as the research object,based on the related theories of school characteristics as the basis,analyzes the connotation and essence of school characteristics construction,as the main factors of elements and structure elements of people as the starting point,through the investigation and study,summed up the case in the construction of school characteristics results,find out the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding similar school characteristics construction and strategies.The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,significance and methods and literature review.The first chapter is the theoretical part of this paper,which provides the theoretical guidance of the research and the thinking of the study.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the case school Longgang in Hanzhong city.The third chapter is based on the analysis of the private school,to find out the problems in the construction of school characteristics.The fourth chapter is based on the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding school characteristics of the school building strategies.
