Study On The Condition And Motivation Of Urban Elderly's Community Cultural Participation

With the continuous changes of the natural environment and social environment,new social needs are constantly emerging.The spiritual and cultural needs of the old people in the city,as a kind of urgent social needs,have gradually attracted the attention of the society.Families and communities can provide better environment and quality for the elderly,so how to make the elderly rely on family and community to enrich their spiritual and cultural life?The advantages of community cultural participation combined with the characteristics of the elderly groups can be a good solution to the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.The community cultural participation of the elderly needs the active help and guidance of various subjects,and the construction of the community culture participation dynamic system which plays an important role in the internal and external factors.With the continuous development of the rights of the members of the society,it is urgent to study the present situation and the motive force of the community participation of the elderly in the city.The research mainly uses the questionnaire survey and interview to collect data,using the theory of social mobilization and social needs theory to explore the status and dynamics of the community participation of urban elderly.The study selected 241 elderly people in the community of Zhengzhou as the research object of the study.This paper analyzes the present situation,the present situation,the present situation and the satisfaction of the community participation of the elderly in the city.On the base of the city elderly community culture participation on the analysis of the present situation,the author further explores the city community culture participation power shortage problems are mainly: community cultural activities organized cultural activities is not enough,inadequate facilities,cultural activities,community cultural participation activities of funds is insufficient,community cultural activities lack of professional talents City,the elderly lack of the community culture participation ability.In order to promote the city community culture participation in development,it is necessary to analyze the power source of elderly community cultural participation,this article mainly carries on the analysis from two aspects of endogenous and exogenous endogenous force strength,strength lies mainly in the elderly pursuit for health attention and spiritual life,exogenous force mainly lies in the construction and management of the government perfect infrastructure and adequate funding.Finally,from the six aspects of development planning,capital system,internal and external resources,professional services,social workers and education for the elderly,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of the urban community cultural participation.
