Since the 1980 s,“ Teachers as Researchers ” have become an important trend of Professional Development,is inevitable choice of the new era teachers.Since China's reform,primary school teachers are participate in educational research,but there are many problems.Based on four teacher training for primary school teachers.This research investigates the current situation of primary school teachers' participating in educational research.The Study is investigates the Concept of Educational Research of primary school teachers participates in Educational Research and the Influencing Factors of Educational Research.The primary school teachers 'Concept of Educational Research includes the Essence of Educational Research;the Value of Educational Research,and the Ability view of Educational Research.The primary school teachers' Educational Research Behavior includes: Reflection,Participation,and the Publish.The conclusions of the study were obtained by analyzing the Questionnaire data and summarizing the Interview data.The Study has shown that :1.The Concept of Educational Research in Primary School Teachers tend to Technical Rationality,rarely for Practical Rationality,very little Liberation Rational.Primary school teachers are generally lack of Critical Reflection Consciousness.Most of primary school teachers believe that Educational Research and Teaching is equally important and should be involved in Educational Research.Part of the primary school teachers believe that Education Research to enhance the Teaching,promote student Development,enhance their Ability.The overall level of Education Efficacy of primary school teachers is better,but the Input Efficiency is lower.2.Primary school Teachers Reflection content is from the source of education practice,but relatively simple.Reflection Mode tends to Independent Reflection,lack of Cooperative Reflection.Most schools encourage teachers to participate.Primary school teachers 'enthusiasm to participate in educational research in general;Primary school teachers and experts in the exchange of obstacles.Primary school teachers ' research results tend to Material Accumulation,lack of Theoretical Improvement,it is difficult to improve teaching practice.3.The main factors that affect the primary school teachers' participation in educational research are Personal Research Ability,Teaching Task Situation,Cooperation Team.Based on explpration and fouding,some strategies on promoting the participation of primary school teachers in Educational Research.First,change the teacher's Educational Research Concept.Second,carry out Action Research.Third,to create a good Educational Research Atmosphere.
