In December 2020,the disciplinary rules for primary and Secondary Education(for Trial Implementation)was promulgated,which has been in force since March of 2021,draws a red line for and provides guidance for teacher education and punishment related behaviors.However,in a more real and concrete environment,what kind of educational punishment is reasonable for teachers should be analyzed,discussed and solved.Therefore,education workers should be combined with the primary school "environment" to launch research.For the current problems in teacher's disciplinary behavior,as education workers to the right,positive view,discuss and study this kind of problem,is currently living in elementary school,to the elementary school teacher education problems and countermeasures of disciplinary behaviors are studied,some problems in the hope primary school teacher education disciplinary behavior,will be able to get the solution of the scientific,reasonable,make the education disciplinary eventually has positive significance.This research is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is an overview of educational punishment behavior.This part interprets and defines the core concepts involved in this study: "educational punishment" and "teachers",and classifies educational punishment behaviors according to those before,during and after punishment,and analyzes the factors that promote teachers to implement educational punishment behaviors before punishment.What are the internal factors that cause teachers to have disciplinary behavior in punishment;What is the possible consequence of the disciplinary action.The second part,the current situation investigation and analysis.It is planned to carry out the investigation through interview,observation,questionnaire and interview.Through investigation and analysis,we found some problems of J elementary teacher before,during and after the punishment.In the third part,further analysis is made on the problems caused by the educational punishment of primary school teachers before,during and after the punishment.Using the related psychology knowledge theory and supplemented by the necessary specific cases,summed up the problems.The factors before punishment include the influence of teachers' temper on punishment behavior,the influence of teachers' idea expectation on punishment behavior,etc.The influence of the factors and means of punishment on the punishment behavior and the influence of the cause of punishment on the punishment behavior;The problem of recidivism after punishment,physical and psychological injury,etc.The fourth part,the study on the countermeasures of educational punishment behavior of primary school teachers.According to the situation of investigation,combined with the literature written after the previous research,the problems of "before,during and after punishment" were analyzed,and scientific,reasonable and effective countermeasures were put forward.In general,teachers should adjust themselves and understand students before implementing disciplinary behavior.Punishment must be carried out because of people,things and circumstances;The implementation of teachers' disciplinary behavior should be appropriately dealt with.These countermeasures can give some inspiration to the educational punishment behavior of the current primary school educators.
