Research On The Effects Of Population Aging To Consumption Structure In Jilin Province

Since the 21 st century,with the population aging degree of gradually deepened,an aging population has received the widespread attention around the world.As the world’s most populous country,the population problem has been one of the main concerns these years,according to data,China officially entered the aging society in 1999.Considering the population aging to the profound influence of the social from all walks of life,many scholars pay more attention to the ageing problem gradually.As a special group,an ageing population and the population between the ages of other consumer preferences differ greatly,therefore,our country entering the aging society is bound to be the major changes in the consumption structure.As one of the earliest liberated areas in our country,Jilin Province played a vanguard of economic development at the beginning of the founding of the lead,its economic development has been the focus of the national attention for a long time.Jilin Province entered the population aging society since 2002,with aging population continues to increase,the proportion of population aging degree has reached 10% in recent years,which is more than the world average.In this context,the government and the market must be in time for an aging population brings the change of the take corresponding measures to cope with the situation,otherwise it may cause the loss of wealth of society,and a certain degree of inconvenience to the elderly life.Therefore,targeted to the Jilin Province old population problem is urgent to research on the effects of the consumption structure.This paper analyzes the 1992 to 2015 in Jilin Province town residents’ consumption structure of the data,and on this basis,studies the influence of the ageing population proportion of the consumption structure.Then by using time series analysis method,the paper studies the elderly population in Jilin Province to the influence factors of the consumption structure.The results show that along with the increase in elderly population,health care consumption and living consumption will increase at the same time,food consumption will be reduced,other consumer impact is relatively small.Finally,based on the above analysis to deal with an ageing population in jilin province and the changes brought by the consumption structure,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations,hoping that the government can according to the characteristics of the elderly consumer development suitable for the elderly in all kinds of consumer goods,so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly,meeting the special needs of old people.
