Research On The Influence Of Population Aging On The Consumption Of Urban Residents In Hunan Province

With the development of economic,the birth rate and the mortality rate of the newborn have been greatly reduced,and the process of population aging is accelerating.In 1999,the people who are over 60 years old reached 167 million in China,and they came into the aging society in the early year.In 1996,perception of the population who are beyond 65 years old in Hunan Province exceeded the standard of 7% proposed by the United Nations,three years earlier than the whole country.In 2017,the overall population of people over 65 years old was 7.73 million in Hunan Province,accounting for 12.17% of the total population.As a social consumer group,people's group characteristics will inevitably affect consumption.Consumption level and consumption structure,as two aspects reflecting consumption,will impact by the population construction.Therefore,analyzing and studying the impact of population aging on consumption in our province is of great significance for the government to formulate relevant policies,promote the sound and sustainable development of the economy,and maintain the overall stable and healthy development of the country.This article has done the following work:This paper analyzes the data of urban population and consumption in Hunan Province,analyzes how the population's aging affects the consumption of the population,draws out the scientific data,and in the coming decades Suggest corresponding policy recommendations to address the emergence of inevitable areas.The problem of population aging and the results of this research contribute to the increase of income and consumption level of the residents.Based on the sequence data from 1998 to 2017,the artical used consumption function model with related gray conjunction method to resolve expenditure floor as well as structure of city inhabitant by trial and error.This paper concludes that eld construction of people and every expandable earnings of city inhabitant are the two main factors that affect the expenditure floor of city inhabitant in Hunan Province.The mean consumption expenditure and the mean expandable earnings of city inhabitant are non-linear models with positive correlation,but they are non-linear,with negative correlation with the aging of urban population.The trend is reduced to 0.15 standard element;the dependency of the elderly population consumption structure is ranked according to the size relationship: medical level,education and culture level,food cost,changing clothes cost,transportation cost,daily requirement,housing other medical cost,education Expenses,food costs and clothing costs were most closely related,and we found that the demand for elderly people is high in these four areas.At the end of this article,through analysis of the experiential consequence,a series of policy recommendations are proposed to resolve the impact of old people on population expenditure levels and to optimize the consumption structure.
