At present,China's total population of nearly one billion four hundred million, over the years has been the world's first,in terms of population, over 60 years old aging population reached 167 million in 1999,entered the aging society early on,an aging population has become the main problems of population in China. At the provincial level,in view of hebei province,2001,65 and older elderly population proportion more than 7% of the standard proposed by the United Nations, reached 7.96%,and the country entered the aging stage almost at the same time,in hebei province by the end of 2015,65 and older elderly population reached 7.56599 million, the proportion of total population 10.19%.People as a social consumption group, the group characteristics will inevitably affect the consumption, consumption level and consumption structure as reflects two aspects of consumption, will change along with the change of population age structure.Analysis and study of the aging of population in our province, therefore, the influence of consumption, for the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations, promote healthy sustainable development of economy, maintain the state's overall stable and healthy development, not only in theory has important guiding significance, but also to be reckoned with in the real sense. The following work is generally carried out in this paper:(1)First of all, from the theory of an ageing population and consumption, consumption from the perspective of economics theory analysis with the specific path of population age structure changes, through changes in the propensity to consume and income level to illustrate the direct impact of the aging of population consumption level, the aging of population is illustrated by the characteristics of an ageing population,a direct impact on the consumption structure;Ageing will also indirectly affect consumption through indicators such as Labour supply,Labour productivity and capital stock(2)Using the data from the census and statistics yearbook describe statistical method is used to analysis the present situation of hebei province population aging process was accelerated, the data shows that the ageing population growth is fast, aging trend obvious significant region of an ageing population, and urban and rural differences, aging population growth faster than the economy development and the ageing population income disparity of urban and rural differences, endowment demand is increasing.Consumption status of hebei province and found that there were problems, through the average consumption level and consumption level of consumption, analysis of residents' consumption structure and engel(3)coefficient change found that to optimize the consumption structure, through the data comparison analysis between urban and rural areas, that both the consumption level and structure of the gap is bigger.(4)Using econometric model, the use of 2005 ~ 2015 in hebei province of the relevant index data, respectively,to direct the introduction of the consumption function of the age structure variable model and standard of consumption function model is employed to make statistical analysis, from the perspective of quantitative analysis the situation of the consumption level change with aging.(5)By using the grey relational analysis method, this paper USES the correlation index data of hebei province from 2005 to 2015 to compare the effects of population aging on consumption structure from two dimensions of urban and rural areas.Based on the above empirical research, this paper probes into the problems which need to be improved, and gives the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
