OBJECTIVE: With the increasing of aging in our country,the senile aging of the elderly is becoming more and more serious.How to delay the muscle attenuation of the elderly through the exercise of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise is the focus of this paper.Methods: In this paper,the elderly in the two homes for the elderly in the Changchun City(the longevity longevity garden and the green garden nursing hom e)were selected as the experimental subjects,and the elderly in the two homes for the elderly without physical exercise were divided into aerobic exercise Group and resistance training group,for 12 weeks of exercise intervention.Aerobic exercise and resistance training to promote the activities of the elderly in order to compare the aerobic exercise and resistance training on the impact of aging muscle attenuation effect.So that the elderly physical exercise more scientific,reasonable and comprehensive.Conclusion: Through the experiment,we found that the aerobic exercise group is better than the anti-resistance training group,reduce the fat and increase the lean body weight,while the anti-resistance training group to increase muscle mass,strengthen the muscle strength,strengthen the muscle function gain The effect is obvious.Aerobic exercise for the six-meter pace and vestibular step deviation improvement effect is better than resistance training,resistance training for the grip of the optimization effect is stronger than aerobic exercise,and the choice of response to two kinds of exercise methods to optimize the effect is not obvious,the impact of factors More,did not achieve the desired goal.Suggestions: through the experimental intervention found that system atic,targeted training more in line with the actual situation of the elderly themselves,can be more targeted to exercise.Problem pre-set,training long-term exercise habits to delay the elderly muscle decay better.Aerobic exercise and anti-resistance exercises combined with a more comprehensive exercise,can effectively delay the aging of the elderly muscle attenuation.
