With the advancement of quality education and curriculum reform,education workers is committed to seeking to improve the classroom methods from various angles.Teachers' teaching ability become one of the most important aspects of the curriculum reform.Classroom observations from the concept of teaching evaluation improve teachers' professional skills,strive to improve the classroom teaching.Compared with the traditional listening to the evaluation of classroom observation using a large number of technical means,combining quantitative method and qualitative method,is an innovative way of listening to the evaluation,can say is a new method of teaching and research.Academic research on classroom observation of many,most focused on the study of its application and significance of exploration.Some scholars devoted to the classroom observation in the application of specific courses,with the combination of specific courses.Classroom observation education courses in high school teaching are discussed in this paper,the application found insufficient and attribution,optimizing countermeasures are put forward.Make every effort to improve education teachers' professional skills,improve the high school thought political lesson teaching.This paper mainly divided into three parts:The first part: the definition of classroom observation.This part mainly includes the meaning of classroom observation,the characteristics,theoretical basis,and compared with the traditional listening to the evaluation of classroom observation differences.The second part: clear the classroom observation in the high school education courses teaching the importance of using evaluation concept,promote unity,promote professionalism,improve teaching efficiency.The third chapter combines high school thought political lesson the textbook content "the basic principles of dealing with ethnic relations",details the classroom observation in high school thought political lesson teaching,the application and discusses the existing problems and cause analysis in the process of observation.The third part: on the basis of considering problems and in combination with reason,put forward the classroom observation in the high school education coursesteaching the use of optimization strategy,simplify procedures of classroom observation,strengthen professional learning,teachers' choosing to focus,the educational research group to agglomeration development,promotes the exchange and sharing of resources,to promote the "normalization" of classroom observation,China ","themed".Improve the application of classroom observation in the high school thought political lesson teaching,improve the teaching effect of thought political lesson.Poor do not necessarily lies in teachers' classroom teaching effect,but the success of the effect of classroom teaching to improve because the teacher.Classroom observation is a kind of through the ability to improve teachers' teaching,the good method of class effect,in actual use in the process,we should make full use of its advantage,make the better service for the high school thought political lesson teaching.
