Under the background of globalization,countries around the world have an increasing exchanges especially in politics,economy,culture,education,science and technology and other fields,the world has gradually formed a "global village".So global quality talents are needed for countries and regions to respond to the opportunities and challenges brought by globalization.Research universities as the cradle of cultivating social top talent in our country,promoting the internationalization level of schools and students' literacy of globalization vigorously.But universities are often pay attention to the proportion of foreign language,foreign full-time teachers,numbers of the Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school,numbers of exchange projects and other hard quantitative indicators,ignoring the students'development of globalization literacy itself.Through analyzing the development situation and disparity between Chinese undergraduates' and the developed countries'undergraduates to find the authentic insufficiency and deficiency,so that Chinese universities can find the direction and location of international development This research take college students' accomplishment of globalization as the breakthrough point,selecting three research university in Taiwan and tworesearch universities in Chinese Mainland as the research object.Investigating and comparing the overall condition of the accomplishment of globalization and analyzing the affecting mechanism of global literacy.This research used Liu Yang and Wu Ruilin's(2015)study for reference and designed a questionnaire named "The questionnaire of Undergraduates' accomplishment of globalization".Through the questionnaire research,obtained 475 valid samples,the Mainland contains 256 samples,the Taiwan area contains 219 samples.And the data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software.On the basis of a questionnaire survey,this study further interviewed 14 students from the level of junior to senior to give some suggestions about how to develop the undergraduates' accomplishment of globalization.The research includes the following contents:1.To extract the specific structure of the dimensions of accomplishment of globalization through factor analysis technique.2.To describe the current situation of students' accomplishment of globalization,the participation in globalization and the perception of global campus environment according to the descriptive statistical analysis results.3.To analyze the difference between the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan area in term of accomplishment of globalization,the participation in globalization and the perception of global campus environment.4.To analyze the relationship among accomplishment of globalization(three dimensions),the participation in globalization and the perception of global campus environment according to the correlation analysis.5.To analyze the predictive power of participation in globalization and the perception of global campus environment on accomplishment of globalization according to the linear regression analysis.According to the analysis of the data,there are the following main findings:1.Findings show that the general level of the accomplishment of globalization of both the Mainland and Taiwan undergraduates are above the middle level.2.Findings show that the general level of the participation in globalization of3.both the Mainland and Taiwan undergraduates are low level.4.Findings show that the general level of the perception of global campus environment of both the Mainland and Taiwan undergraduates are above the middle level.5.The level of accomplishment of globalization of Taiwan research university undergraduates is higher than the Mainland undergraduates.6.The level of the participation in globalization of Taiwan research university undergraduates is higher than the Mainland undergraduates.7.The Mainland and Taiwan research university undergraduates have not significant differences in general level of the perception of global campus environment,but in the aspect of the perception of "teacher" they have a significant differences.8.Undergraduates individual factors have not a significant effect on the Taiwan research university undergraduates' general level of accomplishment of globalization.9.Undergraduates individual factors have a significant effect on the Mainland research university undergraduates' general level of accomplishment of globalization.10.Participation in globalization and perception of global campus environment are the important influencing factors of accomplishment of globalization.
