The Present Situation And Evaluation For The Satisfaction Of Beijing's Spillover Population

In recent years,with the development of China's economy,people's the living standards have been greatly improved and the level of life satisfaction is also more and more attentioned by the community.As the capital of China,the housing prices in Beijing are rising all the way and the economic is rapidly developing.on the one hand,the housing prices promote the rapid development of the real estate industry.On the other hand,High prices makes more and more population "spillover" to the surrounding areas of Hebei Province,the capital of the purchase of housing,a spillover population in Beijing.With the continuous expansion of the scale,the population of Beijing spillover eager to get more quality services in traffic,medical,education and other infrastructure and to access higher life satisfaction.Therefore,it is of practical significance to pay attention to the spillover population in Beijing and to study the status of life satisfaction.This paper describes the status quo of life satisfaction for Beijing's spillover population by means of the statistical yearbook and questionnaire.Using the logistics multiple regression and principal component analysis to analyze the population of Beijing spillover,the results show that:(1)The residence time and the household registration has a significant role in upgrading life satisfaction for the Beijing spillover population.In terms of residence time,Beijing's spilled population living here all the way is higher 30% than the population living here within six months.In the household registration,the Beijing spillover population with local household registration of satisfaction is generally higher than other household population.The satisfaction from the local household registration is higher than 30% relativing to other provinces and cities nationwide population.But the household registration for the Beijing nationality of dissatisfaction is more than 5 times for the other household population,mainly Caused by local and Beijing living standard gap is too large.(2)Having self-purchased housing and a reasonable family population have an important impact on improving satisfaction.Among them,the satisfaction from the self-purchased housing in Beijing is higher 10% than the demolition of the population;Compared with five families and more,the households with two to four families is more likely to get higher Satisfaction,and the family with two people get the highest satisfaction,higher 30% than the families with five people.(3)The quality of government services is an important external condition for Beijing spike population to obtain a higher satisfaction.The good government service can increase 30% for the satisfaction.(4)Due to a longer residence time,since the purchase of housing,with household ownership advantage,Beijing spike population obtain a higher life satisfaction;Because of the restrictions on household registration,government services are not in place,commute poor,beijing spike population access to lower life satisfaction;Satisfaction is generally due to the factors from family work or study in Beijing and household registration.(5)From the four counties of Beijing spillover population specific focus of view,the spillover population living in the Sanhe Beijing pays more attention to the two aspects in "living environment" and "residential living environment";the spillover population living in Zhuozhou Beijing mainly impact by two aspects in the "living Time "and" government quality of service ";the Beijing spillover population living in the security concerned more about the" whether from the purchase "and" living environment is comfortable;the Beijing spillover population living in the Xianghe pays more attention for the aspect of Living environment and living time.The full text contains six chapters.The first and second chapters outline the background of the topic,the status quo at home and abroad and the definition of the study area and related concepts.The third chapter gives a detailed introduction to the living situation of the spilled population in Beijing.The fourth chapter uses logistics regression and principal component analysis to analyze the specific influencing factors of life quality in four counties and cities,and summarizes the main influencing factors.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion of the article.Chapter 6 summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings of the article.
