| Based on the analysis via the spatial distribution of the population of the metropolitan area, with the mothod of aggregation, deviation indicators, etc. to research the population spatial distribution characteristics of the Capital Circle and distribution of different populations compared. Combined with the status of population distribution in different population, we choose the total population, labor age population, urban and rural population and the three resident industrial poopulation selected in Capital Circle 1990-2010 years to do this study. We also combine the distribution pattern of differences in similarities and differences in contrast to do the research of the mechanism of action and the principle. Then we put forward the corresponding policy suggestions to ease population, and peomote the regional economy and coordinated development of industry.This article is aimed at a series of problems in the development of the capital circle, such as "urban disease" problem, big gap of the regional development, unbalanced urban and rural development, the rural labor shortage and so on. In this regard, we should take a series of measures, such as the accumulation and migration of population control, trying to ease large urban centers of population, so that it can have the healthy development of mega cities. Meanwhile we should focus on other urban centres to realize fanning out from point to area development. It should be through policy, financial support for the economically backward regions and rural areas’ development to gradually narrow the gap between regions and between urban and rural duality of the status quo, finally make the development of metropolitan area in the region balanced. It is also relied on the existing in the populationindustry aggregation corridor of Capital Circle to vigorously promote industrial development and transformation. Finally they can make industry drive population, and population promote industry to cause the virtuous circle. |
