Private higher vocational colleges,as a useful supplement to China's higher education,play a very important role in promoting the rapid development of society and economy.In private higher vocational college teachers,counselors can't be ignored: the instructor is as an important force for students to carry out ideological and political education,but also the students' daily ideological and political education and management work of the main guidance and implementation.At present,there are a lot of private higher vocational colleges,which are not ideal for the management and assessment of counselors,thus affecting the healthy development of private higher vocational colleges.Taking into account the actual situation of private higher vocational colleges,the author thinks that the existing assessment methods need to be optimized,in order to promote counselors can do a better job of student counseling.Therefore,in this paper the author is engaged in the work of counselors experience,through performance appraisal,human resource assessment related theory as the research foundation,here is a private Shijiazhuang Institute of Career Academy as a case of Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang private Polytechnic status of Career Academy counselor performance appraisal was explored,and the province private Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Career Academy counselor performance appraisal in appraisal is not clear,fuzzy positioning,design ideas and other aspects of the difference are analyzed.Finally,combining with the province Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Institute of Career Academy at the private reality,based on reality,put forward the optimization measures of private higher occupation college counselors performance assessment and implementation of security.This paper is divided into five parts:Part one: introduction.This paper expounds the background and significance of the topic,defines the related concepts,introduces the research status of the performance evaluation of the counselors at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and research contents of this paper.The second part: an overview of the performance evaluation of Private Higher Vocational College counselors.This paper expounds the particularity,necessity and feasibility of the performance evaluation of the private higher vocational counselors,and analyzes the system and standards of the performance evaluation of the private higher vocational college counselors and the implementation methods.The third part: the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of the performance evaluation of the province private Shijiazhuang science and technology Career Academy.This paper puts forward the current situation of the performance evaluation of the province private Shijiazhuang science and technology Career Academy,and summarizes the existing problems and reasons of the performance appraisal of private science and technology Career Academy from the current situation;The fourth part: Shijiazhuang science and technology Career Academy counselor performance evaluation optimization.Firstly,the detailed optimization methods of Shijiazhuang Institute of technology Career Academy counselor performance appraisal;thirdly,puts forward some concrete measures for the Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Career Academy counselor performance appraisal optimization;finally,put forward in the implementation process of counselor performance appraisal need good security measures,organization system and financial aspects.The fifth part summarizes the full text.
