Teacher is the nature of education.Along with the advancement of global education reform tide,teacher's cooperation is regarded as an important way for promoting education quality,school improvement,teachers' professional growth and development and full scale development of student,become an important hot topic in the field of education.In our country,the number of rural primary and secondary school teachers accounted for half of the teachers.In the countryside,the important task of basic education fell upon them.In April,2015,issued by the general office of the state council about the rural teacher support plan(2015-2020).The plan pointed out that we must take priority to the development of rural teachers' team construction on the strategic position,focus on rural teachers' team construction of the key areas and the most urgent task.Because of the rural culture,school culture,school management system,teachers' evaluation system and the lack of time and technical guidance,etc,the rural primary and secondary school teachers' cooperation problem is particularly prominent.To solve above problems,this paper adopts literature method to fully illustrate the related theory of cooperation with teachers,combing the domestic and foreign research situation about teachers' cooperation;Then in Hebei province,we choiced N rural primary and middle schools and based on a questionnaire survey of the teachers,and randomly selected 10 disciplines background of teachers in-depth interviews,from the meaning of teachers' cooperation,the important understanding of cooperation,the influence factors of teachers' cooperation,the contents of and teachers' cooperation,the form and dimensions,etc.such as investigation,describes the status quo,in-depth analysis of the reason;Finally from the concept and culture level,system level,the reasonable planning and use of time,building cooperation platform construction strategy and provide technical support,etc.The paper consists of five parts:The first part: introduction.Including the problems put forward;Theoretical and practical significance of research;The relevant research both at home and abroad.Theinnovation of this study point,and the research methods adopted.The second part: the theory of teachers' cooperation.The Interpretation of core concepts of the teachers' cooperation,the theoretical basis of teachers' cooperation,and the positive role of teachers' cooperation.The third part: the investigation and analysis of rural primary and secondary school teachers' cooperation and conclusion.First the survey shows that the questionnaire' designed process,selection of subjects,and data processing and other related situation,followed by the description of the survey results,the current situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers cooperation(understanding of the importance of teachers' cooperation,on the current status of the work satisfaction,etc.),meaning,influence factors,forms and methods of information,thus the investigation of the conclusions.The fourth part: the analysis of the causes of rural primary and secondary school weak teachers' cooperation.Respectively from the concept level,culture level,system level and cooperation and cooperation platform and technology,etc.to dig deeper into the rural primary and secondary school teachers in the cause of the problem.The fifth part: the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers' cooperation strategy.such as systematic strategy is put forward in five aspects: Reframing concept of cooperation,leading cooperation culture,providing the system safeguard,establishing cooperation platform,and providing technical guidance,and reasonable planning and use of our time etc.
