Professional development play the security role in teachers’ teaching quality,every teacher has induction stages,which is the starting point of new teachers’ life,for the new teachers,whether can quickly and effectively adapt the working environment,quickly grasp the professional teaching skills make will be decisive for the new teachers’ career and professional attitudes.In this important phase of life,professional adaptability has a great influence for the new teachers’ professional development.It is the HY new kindergarten teachers in Hebei province that we investigate in the paper,by literature review method,questionnaire survey method and the interview method,the author realize the current situation and existing problems of the HY kindergarten new teachers of Hebei province than the author puts forward measures and Suggestions to promote the private kindergarten new teachers who can spend the professional adaptation as soon as possible.This research mainly divided into three parts:The first part: It’s about the present condition of the private kindergarten new teachers’ vocational adaptability in Hebei.This part mainly includes the development course of private kindergartens in Hebei and the present situation of research which is from the professional skills,adaptability,interpersonal adaptability,Professional psychological adaptability,environment adaptability.The second part: It relates the main problems of the private kindergarten new teachers’ vocational adaptability in Hebei.Through the relevant data analysis we found that the problems: choosing professional motive is negative,teaching experience is lack of,interpersonal relationships not harmonious,Social status is not high.The third part: It’s about the Suggestions of the private kindergarten new teachers’ vocational adaptability in Hebei.The suggestions based on the individual level,school level,social level.
