In the course of implementing the new curriculum,many physics teachers have grown into the backbone of basic education through active participation and exploration.Therefore,the improvement of teachers' professional quality is the key factor to promote the reform and development of education.Based on the teaching research of flipped classroom and the teaching practice of junior middle school,this thesis uses the method of narrative research to describe my growth as a physical teacher in mountain areas after three years,and to summarize the approach for the development of physical teachers' of middle school based on the cases during the time.This thesis includes five parts.The first part consists of the research background,goals,methods,content summary and data collections.The second part summarizes the pathways of physical teachers' growth and the basic definition of scientific research in primary and middle school,as well as the professional growth of teachers.The third part shows the growth and harvest to reflect the teachers' transformation process by describing the learning experience and achievements in the process of the teaching research of flipped classroom and the teaching practice of junior middle school,The fourth part analyzes objectively the advantages and disadvantages of junior middle school physical teachers' professional growth,summarizes the effective ways of developing,and puts forward personal suggestions for it.At last,the fifth part describes educational ideals of mine as a physical teacher and summarizes the shortcomings of this research to provide the direction for the future.
