With the development of science and times,teacher team construction has become the hot spots in the field of Chinese education,and has aroused the attention and discussion of the public.With the vigorous development of private education,promoting the professional development of private teachers is an important measure to improve the quality of private education and promote educational equity.New teachers are an indispensable and important part of the teaching staff,and also the key stage of teachers' professional development.The professional development in this period affects the professional development of teachers in the whole career.Primary school stage is the initial stage of compulsory education and the beginning of the life path of thousands of students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the professional development dilemma of new teachers in private primary schools for their professional development process.The new teachers have just entered the society and changed from students to teachers.In their daily teaching work,they will encounter difficulties from all sides and hinder their development to "expert" teachers.Due to the uneven distribution of educational resources and the excessive gap between urban and rural areas,the quality of education and the professional development of private teachers in private schools have been neglected,but with the balanced development of education and the integration of urban and rural areas,The state and society pay more and more attention to the education in the backward areas,and the professional development of the private teachers,especially the new teachers,has become the focus of attention.Therefore,this research has selected two new teachers as cooperative partners from Z School in Kunming.As for the two teachers,one's teaching age is between 2and 3,while the other is between 2 and 3.The author entered Z School in September,2018.To collect the data,the writer has used various ways such as attending classes,interviewing cooperative teachers,visiting cooperative teachers' colleagues and leaders,directly participating in corresponding extracurricular activities or practicesand so on.The first part of this study is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the study,the definition of related concepts,the literature review,the purpose and significance of the study,the research methods and the research process.The second part begins to elaborate the predicament of the professional development of H and L teachers,focusing on the common problems of the professional development of the new teachers in two private primary schools,and understanding the predicament in the process of their professional development.The third part discusses the relevant factors that restrict the professional development of the newly appointed teachers in two private primary schools,taking the dilemma of their professional development as a clue.The fourth part is the thinking and suggestion behind the narrative.Through collecting and sorting out the teaching and interview materials of two co-teachers,it shows the dilemma of the two co-teachers in the process of professional development,combining the internal and external causes.Exploring the true meaning behind the educational story,listening to the most true voice of the new teachers,combining theory with practice,hoping to find out the dilemma of the professional development of the newly appointed teachers in private primary schools and its influencing factors.To explore effective ways and practical suggestions which are beneficial to the professional development of new teachers.
