With the rapid development of information technology,directly to the way people work,life style and learning style has a significant impact,but also created a new model for education reform,with the popularity of mobile phones,the coming of the era of "micro",causes the education way also gradually shift,formed a variety of "small class" products,with the use of various mobile devices are currently provides the convenience of learning for people,mobile learning has become a more popular nowadays learning styles.Through the in-depth research of mobile learning and micro class,can not only meet the needs of students with personalized learning anytime and anywhere,at the same time also can assist teachers in classroom teaching,improve teachers' classroom teaching effect.This article mainly uses literature research methods to analyze the background of the era of information technology education,but also the demand of the elementary education curriculum reform,the mobile learning lesson and micro research status at home and abroad were reviewed and the induction and summary,and then using the method of investigation and study for students and teachers' demand for micro class is analyzed,the teachers and students understanding of mobile learning lesson and micro level,put forward into the micro teaching in high school information technology teaching,and to develop suitable for mobile learning lesson micro Suggestions.And combining with the design principle of micro lesson,lesson on a functional architecture design,contains micro teaching design,the design of micro video,learning task design and practice design etc,and has carried on the development and implementation,developed a series of small class of mobile learning characteristics and using WeChat public platform for the display,for other high school information technology development and application of the micro class provides an instance.This paper mainly introduces the "magic wand tool" and "images of" two classes in the detailed design and development process.The last chapter using the experimental research method,respectively for the image synthesis and book covers production experiment,it is concluded that the development of micro class has a good application effect,can improve the students' interest in learning,is effective to improve the teachers' classroom teaching level.The innovation of this article lies in the mobile learning and development and application of the micro class together,develop the micro class are all have the characteristics of mobile learning,and also applied in mobile learning.Second is developed in the study of micro class is mainly aimed at the high school information technology courses,to skills courses as the main body,make up for the deficiencies of the course on the micro course resources,for the development of micro high school information technology class provides a case,the similar courses in other teachers for development,finally become a ideal of school-based curriculum.
