A Study On The Importance Of Life Care In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

The ideological and political education is a special education form holds “human” as the object of study.It is a kind of education of human's spiritual world.Essentially,the ideological and political education is also a kind of education that pursues the harmony between individual life and social groups,strive to achieve the harmonious unity of individual life value and the social needs of the country.For a long time,educators pursued the accumulation of knowledge in the process of education and emphasized on the social value of ideological and political education so excessively,to a certain extent,ignored the individual needs and the important role in shaping individual self-worth that the ideological and political education should played.This phenomenon leads to a bad result that the development of ideological and political education separated from individual life.Due to lack of attention to the human subjectivity and physical and mental development,resulting in the ideological and political education deviated from the fundamental theme of “reality person”.Modern education calls for the return of humanistic spirit,calls for the care of life.The ideological and political education in the absence of life implication cannot keep up with the pace of the development of times,it is more likely to restrain the development of life emotion and personality.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a special part of the whole system of ideological and political education.It has a relatively special educational group,broader educational content,and more flexible education methods.It bears the responsibility of guiding college students to improve their own quality and perfect their own personality.Bring the meaning of life into the field of ideological and political education is to highlight its concern for individual lives,so as to improve its affinity and infectivity,and improve the humanization of the education and enhance its acceptability.At the same time,educators should guide college students to establish a healthy view of life,cultivate a correct outlook of life values,and pursue a higher realm of life.This paper mainly includes four parts:Part one: starting from the basic concept of life care of ideological and political education,figure out the internal relationship between the two concepts,and clarify their basic concepts and requirements.Part two: analyze the theoretical basis of the ideological and political education,and explore the theoretical support from three aspects: Marx's thought of life,the concept of western humanistic education and Chinese traditional culture.Part three: analyze the plights of life of the current college students and rethink the problem of the lack of life care in ideological and political education.Part four: discuss the implementation strategies of life care in ideological and political education from four aspects include objectives,content,methods and subjects.So as to seek effective ways of realizing the humanization of the education and enhancing students' subjective experience,as well as improving the level of life consciousness and realizing the meaning of life.
