In order to explore suitable for aerobics,effective teaching methods in teaching,improve the teach ing quality of professional sports ae robics skills,in aerobics teaching in th e Seminar,conducted the teaching application research.This sichuan normal university spor ts institute 2014 level of social sports prof essional student to carry on the teaching experiment,to explore how seminar teaching method is applied to the aerobics,comparing the t eaching and traditional teaching m ethod and seminar teaching two k inds of teaching methods for students in knowledge acquisition and application ability,learning self-regulation ability and problem solving ability,the differences of three latitude.Through 16 weeks 32 hours of study,using the T test method of questionnaire and experim ents,data processing and analysis.The following conclusion:1.Through experiment teaching,the e xperimental group studen ts learning self-regulation ability,self examination result factor than the control group w ith significant difference(P < 0.05);In knowle dge acquisition and application ability,problem-solving ability,and learning self-re gulation ability of the activated ability factor,cognitive factor,exercise self-control ability factor,self-control ability training plan factor,the experimental group each dimension index were significantly higher than that of control group,and there is significan t difference(P < 0.01),which is related to the teaching characteristics and Seminar teaching method.2.After the experiment the experimental group students' physical exercise attitude each latitude scores compared with before the trial had obvious ch anges,including problem solving ability has significant ch ange(P < 0.01).Com bined with Se minar teaching is explained in the common course for the aerobics,can boost the en thusiasm of the students' active learning,cultivate students' comprehensive ability of development.3.After teaching experim ent,the experim ental group after grades significantly superior to the control gr oup,with significant dif ference(P < 0.05).Prove Sem inar teaching method is applied to the works in the common course for the aerob ics,to cultivate students with special skills ability,improve students' academic performance.4.Seminar teaching m ethod applied in ca listhenics courses teaching,can fully reflect the students' subject status,exert the students' innovation and growth of a variety of potential.5.In calisthenics courses in using Sem inar teaching m ethods to arouse students' learning enthusiasm,improve the students' communication,interpersonal skills a nd team cooperation ability.
